Information on the layout of the parcel

You will be informed systematically by email and SMS (valid email and cell phone mandatory when ordering) of the availability of your package by the carrier of the post office. Packages are kept at the post office or at the relay point 15 days. In case of non withdrawal within this period, the packages are returned to us. We will then refund the order minus the processing and shipping costs.

Arrival of a damaged parcel
Check the condition of your package as soon as it arrives !!! If the packaging seems damaged or suspicious, open it as soon as you receive it. Indicate the problem to the letter carrier or to the delivery agent at the relay point. Report the anomaly to us.

Right of retraction
You have a period of 15 working days to return at your expense the products that do not suit you. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back.

Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
